About The Comeback

Members get Gray's 21-Day Trauma Bond Breaker, live coaching with Gray every week, daily practices and challenges, alongside a peer community.[1][2] Gray frames the pull back to an abusive partner as a trauma bond and treats that bond as an addiction to be broken.[2]

Gray's YouTube channel explains narcissistic abuse in plain terms, covering why people stay and still miss a partner, what gaslighting does, how no contact works and how a trauma bond breaks.[2]
