About Your Nervous System Reset

The program has three parts: a protocol built on what it calls the 7 Gateways for manually down-regulating the nervous system, material on the biology of avoidance and reactivity, and live coherence sessions.[1] A copy of the book Resonant Mindfulness is included.[1]
