About Cheer Strength Coach Academy

Members get the Cheer Doctor Strength Training Guide course and the Cheer Doctor Resource Vault, which holds recorded talks by guest experts on sport psychology, nutrition and college cheer recruitment.[1] They are also invited to free calls with guest speakers and take part in group Q&A with Wisman and other members.[1] The stated goals include becoming stronger and more explosive and growing more confident in the weight room.[1] A premium tier adds a strength training plan that Wisman builds for each member and delivers through an app.[1]

Beyond Skool, The Cheer Doctor sells online strength memberships for cheer teams and for individuals, plus one-to-one online training, with programmes followed through an app.[2] The business also runs in-person group classes that teach cheerleaders to lift weights, and in-person physical therapy appointments.[2]
