About The Brotherhood

The community addresses men who want to lead their families with strength and purpose and who want to be among men who share their values.[1] Members are told they can come as they are and use the community in whatever way they need.[1]

The group links to the website and YouTube channel of Rocket Fuel Coach, a leadership coaching business whose head coach is Bill Mason.[2][3] Mason works as a Strengths Leadership Coach, using assessments, leadership coaching, what Rocket Fuel Coach calls ninja neuroscience, and truth building.[2] As of September 2026, Rocket Fuel Coach listed a 60-minute CliftonStrengths debrief at $299, the three-month, six-session Ignite Course at $3,000 ($2,700 in cash) and a Founding CEO Mastermind at $297 a month.[2] Mason wrote the book Be the Master of Your Day and is a contributing author to Voices for Leadership.[2] The Rocket Fuel Coach YouTube channel is dedicated to transformational coaching, helping individuals and teams focus on their strengths.[3]
