About The Darkling Collective

Darkling Collective also operates as an independent press publishing gothic and paranormal romance, dark and cozy fantasy, romantic suspense and speculative fiction.[2] Its catalogue includes Bone Covenant and The Beast Beneath the Bells, and the house presents its seven author names as separate publishing brands.[2]

The press runs self-paced courses for authors, among them Trial Reels for Fiction Authors, a nine-module course on testing book videos, making faceless reels and turning one story moment into a short animated promo of 10 to 15 seconds.[3][4] The modules move from trial basics and choosing a moment through faceless reels and a book cue with a call to action to analytics, ending with students making and posting three trial reels.[4] AI video is optional, and the core course can be finished without a paid video generator.[4]
