The Warrior Calling, whose site is copyrighted to Bronze Bow Fitness LLC, offers coaching from former special operators for people heading into SOF selection, covering pipelines such as BUD/S, SARC, SWCC, Ranger, SF, MARSOC, PJ, TACP and EOD.^[2]^[3]^[4] Its programme covers a run plan, swim progression, strength development, pool skills, rucking and calisthenics, and preparation for the screening test, and comes with an app-delivered academy of more than 20 hours of video lessons.^[2] Coaching runs through private chat, one-on-one calls and weekly Zoom group calls, with monthly in-person training events, weekly cold water immersion and breathing work, and FireTeam accountability chats.^[2] The site organises this preparation around four pillars, physical readiness, mental fortitude development, skillset training and grit enablement, and also runs a civilian training program.^[3]^[4]
