About Team TL Insiders

Little's method builds YouTube Playlist Funnels, a series of five videos that takes viewers from curiosity to conversion, refined with YouTube analytics.[2][3] The paid flagship is the YouTube Coaching Experience, a 3-month customised program that follows a 6C Framework and includes 6 core modules, 2 one-on-one calls with Trena and a Slack community for 3 months.[4] Entry is by application only, and the program does not offer refunds.[4][5] Other products include the Video Game Plan, a guide that walks step by step through crafting YouTube videos, and PREP.[2][5]

A live virtual conference promoted in September 2026, Evergreen & Evermore, covered coaching sales, the ready-to-buy viewer and a YouTube system built on one video a week, aimed at coaches and course creators with an offer they have already sold.[5] The brand's stated mission is to help female entrepreneurs use YouTube to make their marketing strategy simpler.[3]
