About Make The Damn Video Challenges

The main challenge asks participants to publish 30 short videos in 30 days to build on-camera confidence, using a camera or just a phone.[1] The 30-day challenge is free, and a newly themed challenge also runs every month, with fresh prompts and everyone starting together on the 1st.[2] Gabriel presents the daily repetitions as a way to push past overthinking and perfectionism and prepare for long-form videos, vlogs or other content.[1][3]

Gabriel started on YouTube in 2017 and went full-time in 2023.[1] The YouTube channel covers action cameras and small gimbal cameras, and the tamaragabriel.uk site sells camera help: as of September 2026, a Camera Recommendation cost £59, a 30-minute one-to-one Camera Set Up Session for one camera and one mic cost £99, and a Product Videos Session cost £199.[4][5] The site also lists An Overthinker's Vlogging Handbook, a Confidence On Camera Handbook, a Filming Fundamentals Guide, a Short-Form Video Editing Basics Library and an Editing Essentials Workshop in FCPX for Complete Beginners.[5]
