Switch Research sells a line of journals that offer a new therapist-designed prompt for every day.^[2] The company describes them as structured programs for each day, with guided prompts drawing on CBT and DBT, and says most people spend 10 to 15 minutes a day on them.^[2] As of September 2026, prices started at $39.00 for the Self-Love and Emotions journals, $29.99 for the Boundaries Journal and $59.00 for the Self-Talk Journals.^[2]
