About SpeedToLeaders

The community is split into five rooms: Agent Circle, REI, Creative Finance, Novations and Dispo.[1] Each room has a named coach: broker Dan Rochon, author of Teach to Sell, on landing listings; agent-investor Chris Bole, who has a network of hedge funds and cash buyers, on finding buyers; Don Smith, billed as The Novation Boss, on novations; and Ashley Gagne, a Sub2 and women's empowerment leader, on creative finance.[1] The featured coach is RJ Bates III, who leads Titanium University and covers closing deals virtually.[1]

iSpeedToLead shows buyers each lead's property, seller motivation and an AI grade before they pay, with leads sourced from Google, Facebook, SEO, TikTok or verified outreach.[3] Its tools include DealPredictor, which checks a lead's closing potential, and a built-in CRM.[3] The company's YouTube channel, which dates the business to 2018, publishes training, case studies and seller call breakdowns.[2]

Access to the community platform is free, and its paid plans carry a 30-day money-back term.[1] On the lead marketplace, leads are checked by humans and AI, inactive leads are refunded, and purchases carry a 21-day refund.[3]
