A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Smoov Moves - Primal Movement, and nothing below is a verdict.

Smoov Moves - Primal Movement is a Skool community, created in June 2026, that teaches primal movement training to active adults looking for an alternative to grinding workouts.[1] The training is bodyweight focused and can be done at home or taken anywhere.[1] Members get structured, progressive follow-along programs and a movement practice covering strength, mobility, flow and recovery across the whole body, with on-demand education alongside.[1] Grant gives direct feedback in a weekly live Q&A with form checks and is in the community every day.[1] A monthly workshop takes one topic in depth, with education and practice, and the community offers daily support and accountability.[1] Membership starts with a seven-day trial.[1]
