The tools run inside Skool through the owner's own Skool login and work on the Hobby plan, and setup consists of joining the group and adding the extension.[1][2] The seven tools are Post Scheduler, Payment Recovery for failed card payments, Auto DMs, Churn Hero for members who are leaving, Member Lens for spotting VIP members, Classroom Organiser for moving lessons between classrooms, and Voice Messages.[2] A further tool, Inbox Champion, is listed as coming next.[2]

A September 2026 write-up on The Skool Files notes that the tool descriptions and the payment-recovery and churn claims are the community's own and are not independently verified.[1] It also points out that the name SkoolKit is shared with an unrelated UK school-uniform retailer.[1]
