About Self Inquiry Support Group

Members get Sunny's Self Inquiry Mini Course and Self Inquiry Guide, a daily teaching each morning, and the chance to put questions to Sunny and the community.[1] The group's stated aims are clearer understanding of the teachings, a consistent meditation practice, help with difficulties in going deeper, and answers to questions and doubts.[1]

Self Inquiry School is the operator's separate paid programme, built around a 10-week self inquiry course with live guided meditations and live Q&A meetings.[3] The meetings run twice a week on Zoom, are recorded, and are led by Sunny personally.[3] The school emphasises daily practice over conceptual learning, and Sharma describes the teaching style as simple, direct and practice-oriented.[2][3] It began as YouTube videos that grew into a community wanting a more consistent place to practise.[2] Sharma's YouTube channel is devoted to the direct path of self inquiry and surrender.[4]

As of September 2026, the school cost $167 a month, with cancellation at any time and a full refund available within 30 days.[3] The school states that it is not suitable for anyone completely new to spirituality.[3]
