ScalingLEAN Community is the Skool group of ScalingLEAN, a marketing company founded by Nina Brennan and Jonathan Ploransky that helps small businesses drive traffic and turn it into sales through automation, paid ads, and email and SMS systems.[1][2] Created in July 2025, the group teaches the ScalingLEAN Method, built on three steps: validate, drive and convert.[2]

About ScalingLEAN Community

Free access includes a Scaling Playbook, an Offer Clarity Workshop and a social media audit.[2] Paid tiers add daily accountability calls on weekdays, group coaching twice a week, a 5-Minute Webinar Funnel System, AI marketing and sales tools, and two in-person events a year in Scottsdale.[2] The group says it focuses on one-to-one consulting and long-term client relationships.[2]

Scaling Lean LLC now presents itself as a growth partner rather than an agency, building funnels, running Meta paid traffic and handling email and SMS follow-up on a 30-day rolling agreement, without taking a cut of the ad budget.[3] The company's website states that it does not guarantee specific numbers.[3] As of September 2026, Ploransky's website sold a $27 one-time funnel package for a 5-minute webinar, with page copy, conversion scripts and a 7-day email sequence, refundable by email within 7 days.[1] That page adds that every business carries risk, including the risk of loss.[1]

A feature updated in November 2024 says the founders, with backgrounds in copywriting, automation and entrepreneurship, started the company to give small business owners a replicable system for scaling.[4]
