A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined School of Rooftop Leadership, and nothing below is a verdict.

School of Rooftop Leadership is a Skool community for leaders who want to work on human connection and influence.[1] Its tagline sets out three aims: to connect, to build trust in low-stakes settings, and to lead the people one serves.[1] The group works through practical frameworks built around what it calls the human operating system, which it breaks into emotion, meaning, storytelling and struggle.[1] Its approach asks leaders to meet people where they are rather than where they would like them to be.[1] The listing addresses people who lead in the boardroom, on the battlefield or within a family, and leaders who want to bridge divides.[1] The listing points members to its community tab, and the group was created in January 2025.[1]
