A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Real Estate Deal Room (Free), and nothing below is a verdict.

This Skool community teaches creative real estate deals, set up to close with sellers in any market without relying on banks.[1] It is aimed at people who are brand new to deals, already experienced, or somewhere in between.[1] Members get Deal Room LITE, a step-by-step system for structuring and closing a deal.[1] Two further LITE modules cover what to say to sellers (Seller Scripts LITE) and how to handle their objections (Objection Handling LITE).[1] Weekly live workshops give coaching on leads, paperwork and closings, and the community is a place to ask questions and get feedback.[1] New members start with a Start Here video and then work through the trainings.[1] The group was created in July 2025.[1]
