About the purvida community

Trevorrow leads two live sessions a week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, working on strength, mobility, balance and confidence at home, and every session is recorded for members who miss it.^[1]^[2] The sessions concentrate on rehabilitation after injury, building strength and everyday movements like rising from a chair, getting up off the floor and lowering the risk of a fall.^[1] A guided video library covers gentle strengthening and stretching, morning mobility flows, posture, stairs, balance and fall prevention, sciatica pain relief, nutrition and sleep, with new videos added every week.^[1]^[2] Once a month a session takes on a special topic such as nutrition, sleep or stretching, and members also receive daily emails from Trevorrow.^[2]

Membership includes community support and personalised coaching, while separate one-to-one coaching is arranged by email.^[1]^[2] Members can cancel at any time, with no contracts.^[2]
