Property Sourcing Secrets UK is listed on Skool. It charges $4.75 a month.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Property Sourcing Secrets UK, and nothing below is a verdict.

Property Sourcing Secrets UK is a Skool community that presents itself as a virtual property sourcing group in the UK for busy professionals who work around a full-time job.[1] Membership includes live monthly workshops, a vault of past replays, standard operating procedures and case studies, and a set of GPTs, prompts and tools.[1] A workshop the group promoted in September 2026, The Matchmaker Method, covered finding motivated sellers and investors and what to say to each.[1] The listing also points members to a next step for when they want to work in sourcing full-time.[1] It says the community was built by a software engineer who moved into virtual sourcing and wants to make the technology simpler to use.[1] The stated audience is beginners, busy professionals and people preparing to go full-time who are looking for BMV deals and investors.[1] The Skool group was created in February 2025.[1]
