The founder's website names Proper E-commerce alongside two other businesses the founder started, Made4Sport and Ultralabs Digital.[2] The founder's YouTube channel covers ecommerce and Shopify strategy, including CRO, email, paid media and operations, and points to a second channel for AI, automation and business content.[3] The website also sells a one-off store review: a personalised video of 15 to 20 minutes on what to fix, delivered within 48 hours, with no refunds once the video has been sent.[4]
