About Primal University

Members get live workout sessions with Trevor Shan, step-by-step guides to kettlebells, maces and clubs, and technique breakdowns.[1] A structured Foundations Program works on strength and movement from the ground up, and members at higher levels receive the training routine Shan follows, released monthly.[1] The offer also covers nutrition and 24/7 support in the community.[1] The group was created in February 2024.[1]
