About Polished Posture School

The offer in the Skool group includes a posture course with quick 20-second stretches to use between patients, weekly tips and the community.[2] As of September 2026, the Premium Club cost $19 a month and added the Patient Positioning Course, the Operator Positioning Course, weekly voice memo ergonomics tips and monthly bonus content.[2] Bonus tutorials show clinical techniques such as polishing and upper left quad access.[2]

Through polishedposture.net, Botts offers customized ergonomic assessments and coaching, including in-office, video, photo and virtual assessments, assessments for office workers, lunch and learn sessions and on-demand courses.[3] A speaker profile on the wvdental.org site quotes Botts as lecturing on ergonomics and on chemical dependency and substance use disorder, with talks listed at Chicago Midwinter, The Hinman, Yankee Dental Congress and the ADA.[4]
