About Passive Income Club

Members follow the 7-Steps to Freedom Course toward a first or next cash-flowing asset, join weekly Q&A calls and live deal breakdowns, and use an asset library.[1][2] Asset training covers Airbnb short-term rentals, rental properties, RV parks, self storage, foreclosures, vending machines, laundromats and parking lots.[1][2] AI tools let members practise evaluating deals, running the numbers and stress-testing them with pretend money before committing any.[1][2] Membership is paid in full for a year or in four instalments, and inactive members are removed.[1][2]

Myers frames the approach as owning assets whose passive income exceeds expenses.[3] Myers's site also lists Cashflow TaxPRO, described as tax strategy for cash-flow operators, and a financial literacy offer for families and children.[3]

MoneyManMyers LLC states that it offers educational products and services only, gives no tax, legal or investment advice, and makes no guarantees of income or financial results.[2]
