About Photography Community

The group is built around an active forum, live calls and webinars, monthly creative challenges, and constructive feedback on members' images.[1] It also has photography and editing discussions, questions and answers, and tutorials and tips.[1] An optional premium membership is available monthly or yearly, and a lifetime premium membership is also offered.[1] The about text lists negativity, politics, ads and algorithms as things the group keeps out.[1]

The host is a photographer, educator and author who has written five books on photography, retouching and printing, published by Rocky Nook.[2] The host also founded the 39-45 Portraits Project, a self-funded project photographing surviving World War 2 veterans across the UK.[1][2] Glyndewis.com publishes tutorials, techniques and reviews on photography and retouching, alongside weekly YouTube videos and a Monday newsletter, the Weekly Creative, on Photoshop, Lightroom, AI tools, mobile apps and gear.[2][3]
