About Personal Brand Mastery

The group points members to an upgrade called the Inner Circle, which runs as a separate Skool group.[1] Inner Circle members get weekly live coaching calls with audits, training and Q&A, a replay vault of every session, and ongoing feedback on their posts and content ideas.[1] The tier also includes an engagement channel where members like and comment on each other's content, preferred rates on 1:1 calls, and modules and trainings marked as coming soon.[1]

Karcz's YouTube channel breaks down the psychology of high-status personal branding and presents the work as perception engineering for HNWIs and established entrepreneurs.[2] The channel says Karcz works with founders to turn their Instagram accounts into a status asset.[2] A promotional profile of Karcz links him to the agency Socialsthetics, where he builds tailored personal branding systems that combine positioning, social proof and strategic content.[3] The same profile says prospective clients start by sending Karcz a direct message with the word "brand".[3]
