Perma Resilience is a Skool course and community on resilient homesteading and permaculture, run by Stefano Creatini, CEO of the permaculture education company PermaResilience.[1][2] The Skool group was created in July 2024.[1] The project was founded in 2020 by Brett James, who built its early curriculum before passing it on to Creatini.[2]

About Perma Resilience

Members learn to design a permaculture system, build soil, manage water, and acquire land through creative financing, whether or not they own land yet.[1] Membership includes the Holistic Homestead Academy, a training on permaculture design, site planning, water systems, soil health and regenerative land management.[1] It also includes the full text of Creatini's book Buy Land Without the Bank, a playbook on seller financing, structuring deals and buying property without traditional loans, along with a private community for members building their own projects.[1][2]

On the company's about page, Creatini is a self-described full-time homesteader, real estate investor and permaculture practitioner.[2] The PermaResilience site also offers consulting, design services and The Instant Backyard Permaculture Garden Course, and says the land book is also on sale on Amazon.[3] A YouTube channel linked to the group covers permaculture practices, regenerative agriculture and homesteading.[4]
