About Career Coaches Community

It presents itself as virtual coworkers for coaches working full-time, part-time or just getting started, with coffee chats run like coworking, conversations about what is working in the industry, prizes and prompts, and networking.^[1]

Opny helps coaches build a high-ticket offer for a clear niche, marketing that positions them on LinkedIn, and lead generation, and does not require a formal coaching credential.^[2] The Career Coaches Accelerator, its signature program, combines coaching given directly by Daniel, Reno and Adam with a step-by-step workbook for each module and weekly coaching calls that give feedback in real time.^[3] Reno Perry is the founder of Career Leap and Adam Broda of Broda Coaching.^[3] A lighter option, the Operating System, gives targeted support in one or two areas without a full program, and prospective clients start with a 30-minute call.^[2]^[3]

Opny's about page is written by a former career coach who became a business strategist and has twelve years in the field, and who started out at PepsiCo, launched the How to Get a Job Podcast and co-founded CoCareer.ai.^[4] The group's YouTube channel carries The Career Coaches Podcast, a weekly show of conversations with industry experts about what is working for career coaches.^[5]
