About Nice Guy Recovery Community

It is run by Laura Richards, a podcaster, author and speaker who coaches in narcissistic abuse recovery and post-betrayal transformation.[3] Richards hosts That's Where I'm At Podcast, available on Apple, Spotify and YouTube, where women still living through these situations tell their stories.[3][4] The podcast covers narcissism, emotional abuse, gaslighting, manipulation, love bombing, red flags and practical steps toward leaving abusive relationships.[4]

Richards also offers one-to-one coaching and monthly coaching by direct message on Instagram and Facebook.[2][3] Richards's podcast website also sells Nice Guy Recovery Co merchandise, including tees, journals and mugs.[3]
