About Natural Self-Leadership

Each month members receive a Method of the Month, a nature self-coaching method that comes with an audio guide and a PDF, plus reflection materials on it.[1] The group also posts weekly material on natural self-leadership and is building a toolbox of methods intended for client work.[1]

Grünberger lists her roles as sociologist, urban planner, author, personal development expert, and systemic and spiritual coach.[1] Her site, SinnSicht, sells further self-coaching offers, among them an NSC starter package with first methods and audios, the Wurzel.Werk method collection, one-to-one nature coaching sessions, the Echt Ich Raum programme on living natural self-leadership day to day, and a children's programme, SinnSicht Herzensbildung.[2] Grünberger's books include Dich selbst natürlich führen, built around a six-pillar foundation of natural self-leadership, and a collection of more than 100 practical self-coaching prompts.[2] She also hosts the Echt Ich Klartext podcast, which publishes a new episode on natural self-leadership every Thursday.[1][2]
