MindFit Athlete Academy review

MindFit Athlete Academy publishes 145 course modules on Skool. It charges $99 a month.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined MindFit Athlete Academy, and nothing below is a verdict.

MindFit Locker Room is a Skool community for mental performance training in sport, presented as a mental gym.[1] Its stated focus is mental toughness and calm, confident play under pressure.[1] The core tool is a 60-second reset routine for use after mistakes.[1] The program is aimed at athletes who do well in practice but tighten up in games, and at training the mental game the way the physical game is trained, without adding practice time.[1] New members message the host directly, complete the Game Day Quickstart routine and book a personalised onboarding call to go over the team's mental performance game plan.[1] From there the program runs through onboarding, four coaching sessions and tracking of 20 mistake opportunities.[1] The group was created in April 2025.[1]
