Master The Workflow is a training platform and Skool community for people working toward assistant editor and editor roles in film and television.[1] It was created by the editors Larry Jordan and Richard Sanchez.[1] Members of the community take part in live chats and industry Q&As, with professional support and bonus resources on hand.[1] They can also enrol in the Feature Film Assistant Editor Immersion course and a 12-part introductory course on assistant editing.[1] Editing tools offered for purchase include the Digital Codebook, EDL Importer and Script Binder.[1] The post-production training is pitched both at people starting out and at those moving up, and the group was created in January 2025.[1]
