Luxury Real Estate Accelerator is a training community for new and experienced real estate agents who want to move to a higher price point and build businesses focused on listings.[1] It is run by Janie Coffey, a broker, trainer and coach in luxury real estate, and Janie Coffey PLLC holds the trademarks on its program names.[1][2] The Skool group was created in February 2025.[1] Coffey's stated background includes roles as a former Sotheby's EVP, a founding Compass agent and co-chair of the luxury division at eXp.[1][2]

About Luxury Real Estate Accelerator

Members start with a free 5-Day Listing Readiness Challenge, which moves through a listing readiness reset, AI buyer intelligence, a listing presentation system, a listing authority toolkit and a listing launch plan.[1] Further training covers PR for agents and their listings, where to find luxury listings, and pricing and objection handling.[1] The challenge and community are free, while the Premium and VIP tiers bring extra support, advanced training and live coaching.[1] The Elevated Expireds course teaches a marketing system that uses mail and no calls, plus a relationship-first approach to winning expired listings.[1][2]

Coffey also runs the Luxury Accelerator Live Mastermind Program, which lasts 90 days, runs four times a year and includes live weekly office hours.[2] Mastermind members receive six months' access to the 8-week Elevated Expireds foundational program and three months in the Legacy Lounge at no cost.[2] Its wider topics include lead generation for luxury listings, conversations with sellers, pricing strategy, brand positioning at the high end, and negotiation.[2] The group's linked YouTube channel covers events, history, homes, real estate and people in First Coast communities.[3]
