Leadbase Free is a free Skool community that teaches members to run a lead generation business, attracting leads on Facebook, Google, Instagram and TikTok and then selling them to businesses.[1] The approach is built on a pay-per-lead model, and the group was created in July 2024.[1] Leadbase was co-founded by Ryan Magdanz, its chief executive, and Ryan Barbieri, its chief operating officer.[2] The group's owner describes themselves as a lead generation professional with ten years of direct-response marketing experience.[1]

Members get a course titled How to Generate Leads Online, templates and frameworks they can use straight away, Q&A sessions with Ryan and other practitioners, one-to-one onboarding support by direct message, and a community of other lead generators.[1] It costs nothing to join and requires no credit card.[1]
The Leadbase website, getleadbase.com, offers live coaching from Ryan and the team twice a week, with a system, tools and support framed around launching in 60 days.[2] Leadbase says it has sold more than 500,000 leads.[2] A Leadbase YouTube channel covers generating high-quality leads at scale for businesses and agencies.[3]
