Kind Leader System review

Kind Leader System is listed on Skool. It charges $77 a month.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Kind Leader System, and nothing below is a verdict.

Kind Leader System is a Skool community on the hard conversations of leadership at work, built around a method of the same name.[1] The starting point is a single conversation a member has been putting off: they bring it to the host and get a strategy plus suggested wording for before, during and after it.[1] The listing pitches this at people who have left it too long, fear damaging the relationship, worry about sounding harsh or freeze once the other side gets defensive.[1]

About Kind Leader System

The wider system teaches members to break a leadership problem into an ordered series of conversations and actions.[1] It covers which issue to raise first, what to say, how to respond to pushback and what comes next.[1] It is aimed at team leads, supervisors, managers, directors, executives and aspiring leaders in any industry, and the group was created in September 2024.[1]
