About JT Performance Athletes

JT Performance's own website offers coaching to amateur and professional contact athletes who want to be physically dominant in their sport and stay free of injury.[2] Its online coaching is one-to-one and includes an individualised physical development plan, fitness testing with graphed progress tracking, fatigue monitoring, and nutritional and lifestyle support.[2][3] Clients also get weekly check-ins, unlimited one-to-one messaging, video feedback, and integrated physio and sports psychology support.[3]

Coaching runs on a monthly subscription with no long-term contract, though the site recommends at least three months.[3] Pricing is given in the enquiry form, and the site offers a money-back guarantee.[3]
