About I ❤️ AI Community

Members get a lite version of the AI Leadership Masterclass, a weekly community call and a one-to-one AI strategy call, plus bonus access to the AI Leadership Community.[1] The material covers building automations and deploying AI employees safely, securely and at scale.[1]

Support for the group runs through the AI Leadership Institute, an organisation set up in 2015 with the aim of helping companies and individuals to understand AI and put it to responsible use.[1][2] The institute offers training programs, workshops and consulting, including a full-day intensive that deploys 5+ AI agents across departments.[2] Russell's own website promotes the book Scaling Responsible AI: From Enthusiasm to Execution, a TEDx Boston talk, the Good Morning AI Podcast and training for workforces in Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.[2][3] The site says she has received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award in Responsible Artificial Intelligence for a fourth year.[3]

A YouTube channel linked to the group is aimed at women-owned businesses that want AI to support their growth, covering risk, ethics and trust in small businesses and AI as operational support rather than software.[4]
