About Minority Possible

The community is organised around four pillars: Live Well, Own More, Love Better and Leave Better.[1] Live Well runs reset challenges on blood pressure, cortisol, diabetes and weight loss, while Love Better covers relationships and Leave Better is about handing down more than was inherited.[1] Members can put questions to nurses rather than a chatbot.[1] The group states: "This works alongside your doctor's care, not instead of it."[1]

Polley is also the founder of BraveWorksRN, and the Brave Works RN YouTube channel posts short health tidbits, wellness hacks and natural remedies.[1][2] The group's suggested starting point is the operator's quiz site, BPQuiz.com, a 90-second assessment that maps a person's blood pressure to one of three drivers: stress, sugar or pipe.[1][3] That quiz site presents itself as education and lifestyle support, alongside your doctor.[3] As of September 2026 the group sold its own BP Reset Kit, with seven guides and the operator's full book, for $47.[1]
