The Shift Academy review

The Shift Academy publishes 480 course modules on Skool. It charges $97 a month.

A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined The Shift Academy, and nothing below is a verdict.

The Shift Academy is a Skool community for people who want to stop repeating old patterns, built around what the listing calls the S.H.I.F.T. Method.[1] The listing contrasts understanding why patterns happen with leaving them behind, and presents the academy as a place to move from analysing the old self to embodying a new one.[1] The method teaches members to notice the patterns that keep them stuck, feel and release what lies underneath, and take on a new way of being in love, relationships, purpose and abundance.[1] Membership includes the 6-week S.H.I.F.T. Method with two live cohorts a year, live coaching, integration workshops, breathwork, guided meditations and embodiment practices.[1] Members also have Aaron AI, an AI assistant available at any hour, and annual members receive one ticket to a future SHIFT Experience live event.[1] The Skool group was created in January 2024.[1]
