About HTC University

The program is organised into campuses: a Mindset Campus, an Offer Campus on building offers, a Marketing Campus on growing an audience of buyers organically, and a Sales Campus on booking and closing high ticket sales.[2] The curriculum also covers rapid course creation, building a sales team, scaling fulfilment, streamlining operations, and scaling with ads and funnels.[2] Members also get workshops with Armin and guests, where they can ask questions and get feedback on their offer and business, and a personal 1:1 success coach with a dedicated success manager for weekly accountability.[2] Further components include the High Ticket Coaching Bootcamp, a 2-day intensive for launching a business; Master Of Influence, on speaking and influencing from stage; and the High Ticket Challenge System for running a challenge.[2]

In September 2023, Shafee appeared on episode 101 of a podcast, titled "Becoming Your Superhero with Armin Shafee", as a guest from High Ticket Coaching.[3] The conversation covered building a business culture that inspires followers, and how removing himself from his business helped Shafee see what the episode calls a higher calling.[3]
