About HelloCustom Accelerator

Members get an Etsy print-on-demand course, an Amazon print-on-demand course and a Design Mastery Course, with live Q&A coaching calls twice a week and live shop audits each month.[1] The group also provides 1,000 Canva design templates and product playbooks on titles, tags, niches and design attributes.[1] Members also receive Stephen's GPT, a custom GPT for their questions, a HelloCustom shirt to wear on the live calls, an updated niche calendar of holidays and events, and an Etsy listing checklist.[1]

HelloCustom's software lets Etsy sellers list products made and fulfilled by partner sellers who built Etsy businesses on those products, with personalization automation at no extra cost on every order.[2] As of September 2026, its Business plan cost $24.99 a month, or $299.88 billed yearly, and included unlimited store connections and products plus the Accelerator Premium plan.[2] An Etsy podcast interview from August 2024 describes Stephen Chin as a former Etsy seller of personalized print products who went on to launch HelloCustom.[3]

The Business plan comes with a 7-day free trial, can be cancelled at any time and has a 30-day money-back guarantee.[2] HelloCustom's application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed by Etsy, Inc.[2]
