A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined Gulun Kung Fu, and nothing below is a verdict.

Gulun Kung Fu is an online school of internal Shaolin kung fu, covering qi gong, nei gong and standing meditation, transmitted by lineage holder Shifu Wu Nanfang.[1] The group was created in December 2025.[1] Its website describes the art as a lineage the Wu family has kept on Songshan Mountain since 1869, not a combat sport or fitness routine.[2]

About Gulun Kung Fu

Members follow daily practice videos and a structured plan, get feedback on form and join weekly live classes led by Shifu Wu Nanfang and disciple Ben Lucas.[1] The programme has eight foundational exercises, a 20-minute daily practice and weekly beginner classes; no martial arts experience is needed.[3] The Full Foundation plan, a lifetime purchase, adds the full 18-exercise sequence, conditioning and philosophy, while Enter the Lineage adds live training with Shifu, usually twice a month, and personal video feedback.[3]

Lucas, a former Goldman Sachs lawyer, is the curator of Gulun Kung Fu Online and also sells six-month one-to-one Mastery Coaching and the book Zen Digital Makeover.[4] Training is also offered at the school's Zen academy by Shaolin Temple.[2]

The school refunds students who followed the plan for 90 days, attended live classes and submitted videos, and were still not satisfied.[3]
