About GMC Help

New members pick one of three starting paths: preparing a first GMC submission, dealing with a rejection or suspension, or staying compliant once a store is through review.[1] The group provides checklists for store compliance and for readiness before a first submission, guidance on rejections, suspensions and misrepresentation, and guidance on policy, trust, contact, returns and delivery pages.[1] Terry Ecom hosts live GMC Q&A sessions every week, and the group calls its approach "policy-first help" with no false guarantees.[1]

He also leads a second free community, Ultra ROAS, covering feeds, Google Shopping, PMax and scaling an ecommerce business.[2][3] His products include GMC Scout, which checks stores for trust issues, suspension risks and Merchant Center compliance, the GMC Protect fix and protection service, GMC Marketplace for established ecommerce stores, and WHAT Shipping?.[2][3] One-to-one working sessions are offered to pin down a particular bottleneck in Merchant Center, Google Ads or ecommerce growth.[3] Terry Ecom also runs a Discord server and a YouTube channel titled "Terry Ecom | Google Ads Dropshipping".[3][4]

The business is operated by Tagan Labs LLC of Wyoming, United States, and Terry works independently as an ecommerce operator, with no employment by or official affiliation with Google.[3]
