Generation I™ is a Skool community and four-week personal development program built around mindset and discipline, created in September 2025.[1] It describes itself as a global team of people working on personal growth and supporting each other along the way.[1] Members follow daily lessons for four weeks and draw up a personal development plan one-on-one with Tom, the coach, who also gives direct coaching and feedback.[1] They file end-of-video and end-of-day reports that the team reads and tracks, get resources, frameworks and visual posters for each lesson, and finish with a review call that maps out the next steps.[1] Bonuses include weekly Brotherhood Calls, short visual Quick-Fire Lessons, a Meditation Room, the Lead The Field Seminar by Bob Proctor, and Sound Architecture, a collection of frequencies and focus beats.[1]
