About GenAI Skills Academy

Members get mini-courses on prompting, agents, automation and Claude Code, live workshops and walkthroughs with replays kept in a library, and templates, prompts and automation builds.^[1] Two regular publications go out to members: the Friday AI Roundup and the Future of Work newsletter on Mondays.^[1]

Maguire's structured courses and live workshops run separately on the Academy's own website, which lists weekly Claude Code and Claude Desktop workshops on real business tasks, with Q&A.^[1]^[2] That site frames its training around implementation, meaning how AI changes the way an organisation works, rather than tools alone, and work with organisations starts with a 15-minute Zoom call and an initial planning session.^[2] The academy's YouTube channel describes it as a learning space for knowledge workers and business people, taught through hands-on practice and structured frameworks.^[3] Maguire also runs Human Performance, a practice offering evidence-based mental skills training for entrepreneurs, where he works with senior leaders, executives and business owners.^[2]^[4] That site also carries articles, a podcast and psychometrics.^[4]
