About DaVinci Resolve Course Library

Membership opens with a seven-day free trial and gives unlimited access to step-by-step courses whose subjects include video editing, Fusion compositing, color grading, short film creation, Fairlight audio and real-world workflows.[1] Ground Control has moved its courses to Skool, and earlier buyers receive access by email.[2] This library carries different courses from the separate DaVinci Resolve for Beginners group.[2] Ground Control also runs a coaching program, which was taking applications in September 2026.[2]

In June 2021, DVResolve reported that Casey Faris and the Ground Control team had released a masterclass on creating a short film with Resolve 17, with a complete post-production workflow for indie filmmakers.[3] As of June 2021, the course was listed at $249.99, and the article's author called Faris's YouTube channel one of the most recommended learning resources for new Resolve users in the forums the author frequents.[3]
