About SmartClose AI Accelerator™

The lessons include turning market reports into lead magnets, generating leads from an agent's SOI, reviving old leads and virtually staging listings.[1] The course also covers making brand images and a professional headshot, getting a seller to list at market value, bringing a lowball buyer up on price and protecting commission.[1]

Weinberger founded Future Proof Agent, which teaches real estate agents to generate and convert online leads, with training that runs from getting started with AI to advanced ad strategies.[2] Its named programs include the SmartClose AI Sales System™ and the Agent Attraction AI System, and it also advertises a free community.[2][3] Weinberger's about page says the work began with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, landing pages and automated follow-up inside Weinberger's own business before it moved into AI.[3] The company, Future Proof Agent Inc., trades as SmartClose.AI, which sells six private one-to-one working sessions to build a personalised Claude system around a client's business and says the service is not designed for businesses that are just getting started.[4] SmartClose.AI also offers a free training called Join Claude in 60 Seconds.[4]
