About (FREE) Tizzy's Inner Circle
Free material covers opening a spa or salon suite, selling retail products and building a service menu, and members act as accountability partners for one another.[1] Members are also the first to hear about new trainings, events and content drops.[1]
The academy's host, Elaine Essien, runs a free online training on delivering skincare protocols virtually alongside an existing practice, built around what the academy calls the Virtual Esthetics Model.[2] The training is for licensed estheticians, nurses, cosmetologists, lash techs and wax and facial providers, and sessions run daily except Saturday, with no replay sent.[2] The academy also offers Tizzy AI, a members-only AI mentor for licensed estheticians running a virtual aesthetics business, trained on its coaching calls, the Virtual Accelerator Program and Elaine's spa SOPs.[3] The tool covers pricing, sales scripts, content, objections and mindset, and is labelled an educational tool that is not legal, financial or tax advice.[3]
Testimonials on the academy's website come from members of Tizzy's Inner Circle and carry the statement "Results are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee of earnings."[2]
