In-box was founded by Gavin Hewitson and describes itself as a team of fifteen full-time staff working with e-commerce brands around the world.[2] Its services for e-commerce brands cover sign-up forms, automations, campaigns, SMS, Klaviyo account set-up and account audits, and it works only with Klaviyo.[3] Most client work starts with an audit, and the agency does not take on Meta ads, SEO or website design.[2][3] A YouTube channel run by Gavin of In-box teaches viewers how to build Klaviyo flows, write emails that get opened, and use SMS and email marketing.[4]
