Founder Labs is a Skool community for founders who want to build an audience that brings them leads, without paying for ads or hiring an agency.[1] It is run by Harry, Mitch and Neil, and is organised in three tiers.[1] The first is for people who follow Harry Long's YouTube videos and want the LinkedIn systems: Harry's full LinkedIn module library and a weekly Q&A with Harry.[1] The second opens the content system the team runs for clients, with AI used at each step, Neil's lead magnets, and a weekly Q&A where Mitch critiques a member's video.[1] The third adds a private WhatsApp group with all three, one-to-one calls, direct text support and a full content audit.[1] The group was created in November 2025.[1]
