About Footwear Founders

Topics include footwear design, domestic and overseas manufacturing, brand strategy and marketing, and social media and influencers.[1] The Standard tier includes community access, a monthly group live and a free footwear guide.[1] As of September 2026, the Premium tier cost $9 a month for weekly 30-minute lives and a tech pack, and the VIP tier $29 a month for weekly 60-minute lives, 12 course curriculums, monthly focus group and design sessions, a pitch deck and a shipping checklist.[1] The group says it will become paid-only, with existing free members grandfathered in.[1]

The team includes Jordan Adoni, founder of Modern Vice Shoes, and Lauren, whose manufacturing and logistics career began at Cockpit USA, formerly Avirex Ltd.[3] The company's site runs an Innovation Education program, with a four-month curriculum from Fundamentals of Footwear to Sales and Social and weekly optional office hours with the founders.[3][4]
