About Fluency Formula Lite

Members keep the FF Lite community for life and get the 7-Day Fluency Jumpstart, which unlocks a day at a time so no lesson can be skipped, plus the Lite version of the FF App with a starter deck of 50 frequency cards.[3] Spencer answers questions posted in the community.[3] The group presents the free tier as a way to test the method in a week, with no credit card required.[3]

The paid tier, FF Pro, sets out the full day-by-day protocol, with monthly cohorts capped at five people, coaching calls each week, live accountability, and full use of the FF App, FF AI and the FF Content Vault.[1] Coaching calls with Spencer run every Saturday, and each cohort works through four live calls named Install, Reps, Spotlight and Roundtable.[1][2] At day 90 an output module opens, and the method calls for between 30 minutes and a few hours of real input daily.[2] FF Pro's 90-day terms offer a refund, with no questions asked, to members who do the work.[1] Spencer's account of the method credits Stephen Krashen and comprehensible input, and the YouTube channel carries the whole Fluency Formula Method as a full course.[4][5]
